What is MyMatchTime?
By offering it's core functionality
of player services to racquet sports clubs for free, MyMatchTime
is quickly becoming the preferred Internet destination for tennis, squash
and racquetball players world-wide who want to use the best web-based
software tools for finding players, and conveniently scheduling match time
online. Through it's premium services,
like the web-based "Reserve a Court" system, MyMatchTime can also provide
racquet sports clubs a quick and easy way for players to book court times online
in addition to the core functionality that comes free with the MyMatchTime system.
Who is it for, and what does it do?
Racquet Sports Clubs: As a club owner, administrator
and/or instructor, you can schedule all kinds of events on the
club calendar. You can schedule clinics, matches, round robins, etc. while
inviting your members in one easy step. You can communicate
with all your members by e-mailing them with only one mouse
‘click'. If you decide to implement MyMatchTime's
court reservation system, your court reservation schedule will
be available online for members to book court time, while giving you
the power to add/modify/cancel those bookings anytime from anywhere.
With MyMatchTime, your club will be better able
to track members activity, court usage, and ultimately better
utilize the club's facilities to improve your services, business
decisions and profitability.
Racquet Sports Club Members: If your club is part of
MyMatchTime, then by registering yourself with your club,
you will be able to find, contact and schedule matches with
all other registered club members. You will be able to keep
a list of buddies ("match mates") that you can quickly
access and easily use to communicate and schedule matches. You
will receive emails detailing your scheduled events, and emailed
updates when those events are confirmed, declined or changed. You can
use your club's messageboard to post messages that all of your
fellow club members can read and respond to. Also, if your club
implements MyMatchTime's court reservation system, you
will have access to your club's court times, and be able to
book courts online. You'll have your own event calendar, as
well as access to your club's calendar, all in real-time. The
club's calendar will show you in detail (per month/week/day)
all of the racquet sports events at your club and synchronizes
the ones involving you with your own personal calendar.
Racquet Sports Players: If you are a squash, racquetball
or tennis player, but do not belong to a club, or your club
has not yet implemented MyMatchTime, you can still register
as a guest. This gives you access to all players registered
on MyMatchTime regardless of their being affiliated with
any particular club. You can schedule matches with anyone and
keep track of your scheduled events through your personal calendar.
Since you are not part of a club however, the location of your
matches will be up to you and your partner. Most importantly,
you can keep a detailed personal player profile online, and
have access to the player search tool, so that you can quickly
and easily find the perfect partner, based on the ability level,
age group, gender, location, and/or name that you are looking
for.
